Terms of service

Your account

You must be 18 or older.

One account per person. Each account gets one organization and one team at signup. You cannot create a second organization, but you can be invited into someone else's and invite people into yours.

Signups from disposable email domains are refused.

You are responsible for everything done from your account, including through your API keys. Keep your password and your keys private. If a key leaks, revoke it in settings.

Swapz and payment

Swapz are bought in advance and spent on swaps. One swapz is worth one cent at list price. They have no cash value and cannot be turned back into crypto or cash. They move between the teams of your own organization and nowhere else: there is no way to send them to another organization or another person.

Purchased swapz never expire.

Prices are listed in swapz on the pricing page. The Company may change them, but only for swaps started after the change.

A swap is quoted before it starts. The quote is held from your team's balance, and the swap is settled on what actually ran. The refund policy says what comes back.

Checkout is in cryptocurrency only, through NOWPayments. The smallest pack is $10.

A purchase credits your organization's pool, which is its default team's wallet. The owner can move swapz from the pool to another team and back again, and anyone in a team can spend what that team holds.

Your content

The photos and videos you upload, and the generations they produce, stay yours. We store and process them only to run the service for you.

Generations, and the photos and videos they were made from, are deleted 30 days after the swap finishes. Download what you want to keep. Nothing is refunded for a generation you did not download in time.

Everything you upload must follow the content policy. An automated check screens what you upload and can refuse it. We may delete material that breaks the content policy.

Everyone in your team can see the team's photos and videos, face library and generations.

Suspension and deletion

Breaking the content policy bans the account and suspends the organizations it owns, and the reported material is taken down. Everyone in a suspended organization loses access until the suspension is lifted, and the swapz in it stay where they are and are not refunded.

You can delete your account from settings at any time. Deleting it closes the account and revokes your sessions and API keys. It does not delete your photos, videos, generations or face library; remove anything you want gone before you go, or write to us. If other people are still in your organization, the deletion is refused until you have handed the organization over.

What we do not promise

A generation depends on what you upload. It can come out wrong, blurred or not at all. We do not promise that a generation will look a particular way. A failed generation is refunded in swapz, not in money.

The service can be unavailable. We may take it down for maintenance, and a provider we depend on may go down without notice.

Our liability for a swap is capped at the swapz you spent on it.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Using the service after that date means you accept the new version.
